Update: I didn't get into the Royal College of Art. Disappointing but there we go. The interview did not go brilliantly. I was asked a few searching questions which caused me to dry up. However, instead of attempting to bullshit my way through the situation I was honest. I feel that this was the best approach I could have taken in the circumstances. However, the mere fact I got an interview was quite a privilege.
